What do you like best about this product?
Customer support is
not helpful. Also, they do not sell a turnkey solution. If they say it is
turnkey, do not believe it. They only installed software and they don’t give
installation files. If do you want to move to another server, you have to buy a
new license.
What could be improved about this product?
They should improve their customer support. It is terrible. They have a ticket system, but most of the time they do not respond your tickets and emails. If they reply, they usually say “for customization, contact sales department. ” They have a customization minimum charge of $1500.
Also, if do you want
to update the software you have to pay (minimum $2000).
What was your main concern about buying this software?
The sales manager
only thinks about money. He wants to charge extra for everything. If do you
want to change your server, you have to pay. If you need a back up system, you
have to pay. If you do have some questions, they will say to talk with the
sales manager.
What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you seen?
We spent almost 2
years setting up this system. We paid extra to freelancers, but at the end of
the day it is still not working well. We will be moving on to another software
that works.
