Are you Planning to buy VoIPSwitch? Then Please Read This Post very carefully and Be safe. Don't Waste Money, Know first and think twice.

For those people Who are interested to buy VoIPSwitch.

VoIPSwitch is a Windows based Softswitch which people like mostly than other switch because it is easy to use as all of we know how to use Windows.
BUt; As its a windows based switch windows have so many issue. There is security issue etc etc. So you should ask your provider some tricky question to get proper and best support.

1. Is your provider VoIPswitch works on Windows2008 Server? Or he Knows how to Install in Windows2008 Server? People using VoIPswitch in Windows2003 server ( Which is a 6 years old product of microsoft). and for that there should be so many issue, main is security, run time errors, database problems etc etc. Just use your brain, Its simple; what product is made 6 years ago how that will work properly in 2009 ? As VoIPSwitch is a windows based switch, so anybody can install that in server who knows how to use computer but what will happen after install? and install voipswitch in windows2008 server is not so easy, so those people are selling they are using windows 2003. So again use your brain; You are buying voipswitch from someone in cheap and aggressive rate and what will happen after buy that product? if you face any problems? why you should change server again and again. And why you will loose money later? Time is more important than money and headache. VoIP is tricky Business u can be ruined in a hour by anyone.


2. When people think to buy VoIPSwitch that time they asked what version you have? And People are telling i have 2.0.0.983, 2.0.0.965 etc etc. But nobody thinking that about the module versions!!!! like what is the version of VSR, VSC, PORTAL, VSM, TUNNEL etc etc. Again use your brain now. The version can be modified of voipswitch.exe!!! Even i can give You voipswitch version3.0.0.106 ; version 4.0.0.0.1 whatever. Only modified in old version!! even the voipswitch company didnt released that version. Hahahahha. So you should ask Your provider all specisif updated versions. Like VSC versions, VSR versions, Portal Versions etc etc. And compare each other you'll know the real differences. Why some people selling at so cheap rate and some sell good rate. Ask them when they take this updated files. The old version even you search in google you can get for free. and why u'll pay for that?!


3. I have heard from some people voipswitch all modules are not working!!! how this possible? Company made the system and how it will not work? and how the company sell it if Not work? The thing is They don't Know how to make it work!! that's The difference. Install a product is very easy but configure not so easy. All need is configuration. Everything Works in every system otherwise why company made those things by keep high paid programmer? So, You should know why you need VoIPSwitch and ask Your provider about that option will work or not.


4. VoIPSwitch IVR(VOIPBOX) . For calling card provider IVR is important. VoIPSwitch IVR have 12 languages. But in the world there are not only 12 country! and you are running voipswitch and your country language are not listed! and you are running calling card and your customer not happy because your mother language not included. So what you'll do? you'll leave this switch? coz you are not able to make happy your customer! and its shame that your language not added! but in VoIPSwitch you can add language. Your own language. Now feeling happy? but dont feel Happy. Ask your provider First that they can add Custom language in voipswitch? if not then how they are expert? You should need make satisfy your customer! don't think about cheap price. Need better service and if you able to give that you can earn better. You should be something difference and unique than others. Then You can be successful. 


5. Payment Terms. How you'll pay to your provider. Westurn Union? ok one tricks i can tell. Ask to your provider give his passport or ID card scan copy what is contain the same information as westurn union info. This is just for a security. U cant back your money but at least you can claim with passport or ID copy what is contain the fraud's picture! and you can get his real name and address. As same people using different fake id and name. so you should be cheated? Or ask him to provide paypal account. If the service don't work at least you can take your money back within 40 days. Why you will loose your valuable money what you earn by hard work>?!



Ahh i'm Tired already. There should be some more issue, but that is not in my head now. Will Let you know when that will come my head again. 


Ohh I remember One thing again;

Who are interested to Rent Voipswitch; know the configuration from the provider rather than asking calls capacity. because some people giving VoIPSwitch rent in shared or VMware server. So they can provide cheap rate but the server is not dedicated. So be sure about the server configuration.
